Hello I was checking out some of the statistical problems in the open library and would like to try out the R-server connection.

The example problems all state that this has to be configured specifically:

:rserve_eval is disabled unless Rserve host is configured in $pg{specialPGEnvironmentVars}{Rserve}{host}

Is there something I can do to make this so?

We are using Version 2.13, through an MAA subscription.

Everything that WeBWorK needs to interact with the R server is included in 2.13. You will still need to install the R server separately on your system.

Instructions are available at http://webwork.maa.org/wiki/R_in_WeBWorK. If you need help installing Rserve on a particular flavour of linux, there may be someone who can help here.
