Importing problems with Library Browser

This forum has a limit to the number of forum postings you can make in a given time period - this is currently set at 10 posting(s) in 1 day

I seem to be able to add a problem to my hw set with the Library Browser. It does appear in my hw set at first but after reloading it I get "No source filePath specified", as in the screenshot. I am doing it wrong or is that a bug?

(Unfortunately I can't add the screenshot of hw, because of the one file limit on this forum.)

I think I figured it: After adding a Library problem to a HW set (on the Library Browser page), one needs to go to the hw set editor and click "Save."

Can you add your second attachment to a reply?
I've never had this issue when adding problems to a homework set. What version of WeBWorK are you using?
When you say "reloading it", do you mean clicking the reload button in your browser? If so it's possible that it is saving changes to the homework set, which is overwriting the questions you add. If you navigate back to the Homework Sets Editor does the same thing happen?
