This is a small issue, but persistent one: Is there a way for me (an instructor) to set webwork so that it _always_ renders _all_ HW problems? When I load hw set editor, it has "Automatically render problems on page load" checkbox on the bottom, but contrary to its name it is not "automatic" at all. I have to check it and then reload every single time I open that page.
I believe that the answer to your question is no. By default problems are not rendered in the Set Detail page, and I don't know of a setting to turn it on by default.
Immediately above the problems there is a "Render All" button which renders all of the problems without having to reload the page. This will at least save you one step.
