Error in Transferring Edited Problems

I am trying to export problems which have been edited locally to another course using the typical method of exporting the problems sets, archiving, downloading, and uploading. Any problem that has been edited and had a version saved to, for example [TMPL]/setEXAMPLE/EXAMPLE1.pg, says the source file is missing in the new course.

I would really appreciate some help.

When you archived the set definition files into a .tgz, did you also select the local .pg problem files?

At this point, you can visit the old course, download the .pg files, and upload them into the corresponding place in the new course.

This was part of the issue. I had also not selected the setExample/ directory when archiving. Thank you for the reply!
