Arnold,

yes, I think most serious installations use a higher end server which
means 64 bit. This would certainly help our new IT person a lot.

We have two high end webwork servers with shared file system on a third
server and a fourth database server. It's a pretty complex installation
and we had quite a few issues. I am hoping to get more help from our IT
guys if the installation is as easy as possible.
