News Item feature installed
The "News Item" feature was installed today. Progress continues towards transferring all of the pages from the old documentation site to this new site. Then some updating will take place -- revising the presentation and correcting false or out of date information.

Any editor can post a news item which, once approved, will appear on the homepage.
