Is there some way to turn off the saving of answers for practice users? It sort of defeats the purpose of practice accounts if answers appear when a practice account is used by a second person.

Good point. At present this is not possible without changing some of the code in processProblem8.pl. In the next release of WeBWorK, we will try to make this an option controlled by a setting in Global.pm

OK, I guess for now I'll just backdate the due date for practice users so that the answers aren't recorded or saved.

That will work. We'll try to get a more permanent fix in the next release.
