Hi there,

I am trying to figure out how to specify the format of the result of evaluating trigonometric functions. Is there a way I can specify that I want sin(3**(1/2) to evaluate in radians?

Thanks, -Barbra

I believe that WeBWorK defaults to radians. So you only have to make allowances if you want to use degrees. It's an important little fact, and one that students need to be reminded of frequently.
