How do I let instructors easily modify "motd.txt" in the templates directory? I don't want to give them all access to the server.

Good question Bill,

On the Housekeeping page we allow editing of the Course Environment File and the Course index.html File, but not the Course Message of the Day File. We should add that as an option.

Are there other things that are also missing?
