have finished writing a set of macros to deal with polynomials (all the
standard arithmetic operations, plus Descartes' Rule of Signs, upper
and lower bounds for all the roots). The macro file (PGpolynomialmacros.pl) is now available at the CVS: http://webwork.math.rochester.edu/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/webwork/system/courseScripts/ Comments, suggestions, and improvements will all be gratefully accepted. Mark |
