Doug Higgins is currently an Instructional Designer at Hamilton College, a liberal arts institution located in upstate New York. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University at Buffalo, a Masters of Science in Adolescence Education from Utica College, and Graduate Professional Development Certificate in Instructional Design from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. With over 10 years of teaching experience in the secondary and collegiate levels, he has combined pedagogy with technology through a variety of applications.
