First you must know, I love Pugs! You will find I have lots of trinkets and pictures of pugs in my classroom. Prince Rolls "Royce" is my pride and joy, he brightens my day and makes me smile.

January 2013 will mark my 6th year anniversary as a staff member at Windsor High School. I have had the pleasure to teach Algebra 1, Geometry, Adv. Algebra, Statistics, and AP Statistics. Over the past few years I have enjoyed the opportunity to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. This has been the most fulfilling four years of my professional life.

Prior to teaching, I had quite a professional adventure. My professional career right out of High School was serving my country. I joined the U.S. Navy to travel and train for a career following two of my brothers. Retirement came early in 1993 after serving 13 years where I continued my career as a Human Resources Management Professional. I then decided to return to school and four years later received my B.A. degree in Mathematics. After which I returned to the Human Resources Management Profession in the High Tech arena (in industries such as telecommunications, biotech, banking and other engineering fields).

As life events unraveled, my passion of Mathematics intrigued me to follow my dream of teaching others to enjoy the subject as a Teacher. This surely is not an easy task, many really struggle with the concepts although, the reward far reaches the challenges and I have truly found my life's calling.
