In IE we have a problem with how webwork displays formulas and answer blanks. Answer blanks and formulas are displaced vertically, so that they are not inline with text of the problem. Michael told me at the Joint Meetings that there is a parameter that I can change to fix this, but I was tardy in writing it down... I should point out that this is only a problem in IE, not in Firefox.

The file webwork2/lib/WeBWorK/Constants.pm is where you might have to adjust constants for dvipng depending on the version you are using on your server. (dvipng -v will give you the version number. I'm using 1.6 at the moment.)
