If you want to have this for every course (e.g. you are a WeBWorK administrator), then in global.conf edit the line
$pg{specialPGEnvironmentVars}{PRINT_FILE_NAMES_FOR} = [ "professor", ];
replacing 'professor' by your login name. If you want this for a particular course, then place this line (edited appropriately) in the course.conf file.
