I found a very strange thing. When my students login to do the problems, they see 100% in status column when they have not even try to do it yet. Please see the screenshots. I wonder if it s a bug or I did something wrong? Thanks.

The first thing that comes to mind is that someone clicked the "Mark Correct" box next to those questions on the Homework Set Detail page. This would have given everyone 100% on the question even if they didn't try it.
