Hi All,
We're (re-)starting a new web-conference series aimed at people interested in webwork development. These "code-reviews" will take place every roughly every couple of weeks, starting Thursday 2/2.
So, Thursday 2/2 at 4pm EST we'll have our first discussion of the internationalization/localization project so far, and localization in the general sense of allowing local versions of time, date, currency, language of course, etc. to be customized on a site by site and a course by course basis.
You can join in by going to this link:
https://sas.elluminate.com/m.jnlp?sid=voffice&password=M.4FADCAF50B9B077977ED9FC235C04B
We recommend you have a headset, or at least some earphones, otherwise sound from the web-conference will feed back into your microphone and cause an echo.
So, come one, come all. No experience necessary. We're just going to read through the existing code, (re)figure out how it works, talk about what we want it to do, and how it could be improved.
