Daylight Savings Time

I'm not sure if this is a WeBWorK, a Perl, or a system issue, but I'd be glad if other people would tell me their experience.

Our WeBWorK server supposedly is good to go for this year's change in the beginning of daylight savings time ("zdump -v US/Central" reports the correct date for the time change. )

Inside WeBWorK, problem sets with a due date between March 11 and April 1 are listed as having a due date in the form "... CST" but after April 1 in the form "... CDT".  Changing the date has no effect. (If I put in "03/13/2007 at 09:59pm CDT" using the problem-set edit page it changes it to "03/13/2007 at 08:59pm CST".

Is this just our configuration, or do other people have this problem?  What is WeBWorK going to show to the students as the due date after March 11?  I don't really want to change the clock on our server to find out.  My guess is that this is a Perl issue.  If so, what module should I update?

OK, I answered my own question. I just updated the perl DateTime module and that seemed to do the trick.

Does anyone know of any other modules that a webwork administrator needs to keep updated?
