** Using WeBWorK **

While trying to tune a sluggish server I found some old posts about timing_log_check.pl along with a wikipage at http://webwork.maa.org/wiki/WeBWorK_performance#Results_from_load_monitoring_software

It is not clear to me how to use the output of timing_log_check.pl
I am guessing that the more shorter responses are the better, but then what to do to increase that?
