Is there any way to configure WeBWorK to generate a warning message when an instructor deletes a question from a homework set where there is student progress recorded?

One of our instructors was in a hurry to create a new set, and in the process, over-wrote an old one. (What happened was they added new problems to an existing set, instead of creating a new set, because they got their numbering mixed up. The existing set was already closed, with student grades recorded, etc. They then deleted the old problems, not realizing that they were from a previous set.)

Right now, there is no warning generated if one tries to delete a problem from a homework set where there is already student progress. Is there some way to produce an "are you sure?" message, or some other way of making this sort of mistake harder to accomplish?
