The reason I ask this is that if a student takes a bathroom break during a test, there is nothing currently preventing logging onto WebWork and accessing solutions to problems, and effectively cheating on the test.

Hi Jimmy,
This may not help you if you only want to prevent a single student from logging in, but you can block access to the course with:
Go to Course Configuration|Permissions and change the Allowed to login to the course parameter to professor.
For a single student, I suppose you could temporarily change the enrollment status of the student to Drop.
