I downloaded an assignment in pdf form last night and tried it again, it hasn't been working. Has anyone had an experience with download pdf?

What version of WeBWorK are you running? What error message do you receive when you try to download a pdf? Does it fail for all homework sets, or just a particular one?

I am not sure what version I am using. I thought WeBWork is web based. I just log in and pick questions to assign. Where do I go to download and install WeBWork? That may be the next step.
I don't get any errors. when I click on generate hardcopy, I see on the bottom of the browser screen a message for 1 second saying: "waiting for course1.webwork.maa.org... " No hard copy is generated or downloaded anywhere on my computer.
