Where is the basic documentation for writing new problems? The several links to the "Plain Old Documentation" on the wiki are dead.
It seems that right now all of the POD links are broken. Usually https://demo.webwork.rochester.edu/wwdocs/ works, but it is not right now.
The link that I posted before is working again.
