We use the score report in instructor tools to get the scores for our placement tests. What we are noticing is that we are finding students who are actually receiving a score of 0 correct answers and students who did not take the exam also showing up with scores of 0. Is there a way in the score report to identify which students took the exam and just got 0 correct and which students were just not taking the test?
