Grades not passing back to Moodle from Webwork2.16

Hello,

It has come to our attention that the grades are not getting passed from webwork to our Moodle instance (all course config files have been checked for this semester and they are all properly configured for homework mode).


Currently running Webwork 2.16 and Moodle 4.1.8

This just started this semester. Last semester everything was working fine. 

Does anybody know where to start to fix this?

The first thing would be to check the apache error logs to see if they give you any helpful info.
