For example BEGIN_TEXT The union of two sets is written as $A \cup B$END_TEXT I don't think that any one has written an answer evaluator for checking a student answer which uses set notation. The first step is to determine what you would want the student to type in as a response. (I would think that you probably don't want them learning TeX notation, but I haven't thought hard about this.) Hope this helps. Take care, Mike <| Post or View Comments |>
