Hi all,

For the first time here at SU someone wants to a few probability problem sets. They built the set setProbability10NormalDist

without any editing, just to see what problems exist

Below is the warning printout at the bottom of the page for ur_pb_10_1.pg

A similar (?) warning appears for problems 1,2,3,6,8,9,10,11,13,15.

Before I go hunting, is this an already fixed problem? We're running webwork 1.9 (it worked well in caclulus 1-3 last fall, and I made no changes to the installation)

Hi Andy,

I thought that this was fixed awhile ago but either I'm mistaken or the fix was lost. Anyway the fix is easy. Either download a new copy of PGstatisticsmacros.pl form the CVS (under pg/macros) or make the following very simple change yourself.

Change line 64 of .../webwork/pg/macros/PGstatisticsmacros.pl from

my $prob = romberg($function, $z_score_of_a, $z_score_of_b, 8);

my $prob = romberg($function, $z_score_of_a, $z_score_of_b, level => 8);

Another question.

When getting the answers printed in the hardcopy what comes out is the tex code, unprocessed. In the problem sets

Linear Algebra 1 Systems beginning with problem #15 through 21, and then problem #27

Linear Algebra 3 Matrices with problem #35-37
