Notes on WeBWorK2 installation

Those experimenting with the installion of WeBWorK2 will want to keep in touch with me (gage@math.rochester.edu) and the discussion bulletin board as we work through the issues of debugging the instructions :-) and dealing with the particulars of installing WeBWorK2 on different flavors of unix.
